The VSSCM-2025 provides a platform for academics, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers from various fields to exchange knowledge and evolutions of all aspects of management related to production and operations management, logistics and supply chain management, as well as innovation and strategic management. It also aims to promote collaborative research initiatives and experiences between Vietnamese experts and their foreign colleagues within both Vietnamese and international contexts. Participants will find an excellent opportunity to present new research, exchange information, and discuss current issues in supply chain management.

Chair in Operations and Supply Chain Management, University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS)
Professor Tsan-Ming CHOI (Jason) is an operational researcher and systems engineer. He is now Chair in Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Director of the Centre for Supply Chain Research at University of Liverpool Management School (ULMS).
He has published extensively in leading journals in the fields of operations management, engineering management, and logistics and supply chain management. His recent research has been funded by many external funding bodies.
Over the past decade, he has served the academic community as an editor/senior editor of journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, IEEE Transactions on SMC-Systems, and Production and Operations Management.
He is also the advisory editor (past EIC) of Transportation Research Part E. He has been listed as a Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate (Web of Science) since 2022.
He is currently editing the Encyclopedia in Operations Management (by Elsevier), which is a multi-volume major reference book in operations management.

Prof. Dr. Dr. habil. Dmitry Ivanov is Professor of Supply Chain and Operations Management, and director of the Digital-AI Supply Chain Lab at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. His research spans supply chain resilience and digital supply chain twins. He has made influential contributions, particularly exploring structural dynamics of supply chains. Author of the Viable Supply Chain Model and founder of the ripple effect research in supply chains. Recipient of several research excellence awards. His research record counts around 470 publications, with more than 170 papers in prestigious academic journals and the leading books “Global Supply Chain and Operations Management” (three editions), “Introduction to Supply Chain Resilience”, “Introduction to Supply Chain Analytics”, „Structural Dynamics and Resilience in Supply Chain Risk Management“, “Scheduling in Industry 4.0 and Cloud Manufacturing”, “Digital Supply Chain” and „Handbook of Ripple Effects in the Supply Chain“. He delivered invited plenary, keynote, panel and guest talks at the conferences of INFORMS, IFPR, IFIP, IFAC, IEEE, DSI and POM, and over 40 universities worldwide. He has been Chairman, IPC Chair, and Advisory Board member for over 80 international conferences in supply chain and operations management, industrial engineering, control and information sciences. Principal investigator in several projects about digital supply chain twins and resilience funded by EU Horizon and DFG. Zied BABAI is Senior Professor in Operations Management at Kedge Business School (Bordeaux, France). He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris (France) where he also worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant for four years. From October 2006 to September 2008, he joined the Centre for Operational Research and Applied Statistics at the University of Salford (UK), working on a project funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC, UK). He had visiting positions at Cardiff University (UK), Portsmouth University (UK) and King Saud University (KSA). His research interests relate primarily to demand forecasting and inventory management in supply chains with a special emphasis on the development of quantitative models. He published extensively in high-impact journals such as Production and Operations Management, the European Journal of Operational Research, and the International Journal of Production Economics. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of Supply Chain Forum: An International Journal (Taylor & Francis), as Area Editor of the IMA Journal of Management Mathematics (Oxford University Press), and as Associate Editor of the International Journal of Production Research (Taylor & Francis)

Professor of Management Sciences, University Bretagne Sud (UBS), France
Christine Petr is Professor of Management Sciences at the University Bretagne Sud (UBS) in France. She is a researcher at the Laboratoire d'économie et de gestion de l'ouest (LEGO), a laboratory she directed before for Vannes/UBS.
Her research focuses on consumer behavior in the context of digital innovations and uses. Her thematic priorities are cultural practices and tourism consumption.
Responsible for the Tourism axis in the Innovation Ecosystem M&L at UBS, she co-manages the French Marketing Association's national thematic interest group on Innovations in Tourism and Culture (ICT). She is a European expert for European Commission councils on "Tourism and Digital" and, since Covid, on "Crises and Resilience in Tourism".
